Longchamp bags are imported, and the company has been around for decades. Their products are as easy as the coach, Kooba, Juicy Couture, Tory Burch, B. Makowsky, Hobo and more known. Their handbags are containers are available in a variety of sizes, styles and composition with all the leather bags. The Le Pliage style, both in regular and large, most probably their best-selling and best known type of bag. My daughter and I visited their SoHo flagship store in New York a few weeks ago, and I thought I’d died and gone to heaven: two and a half whole floors for every type of product, Longchamp leads, in patterns and a variety of solid colors . If you are shopping in SoHo, make a point to stop by the store to personally see some of their really nice pieces that can be performed not only on their website.
You could also buy them on Ebay, but a word of caution: know the seller from whom you buy. There are fake Longchamp bags as often as you knock-off Coach, Prada, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, etc. I’ve been tracking the sales of this particular Longchamp style for several months on Ebay, and frankly, they sell pretty much what one would paythey trade. You can save $ 15 or $ 20, or shipping costs, but it’s very rare to see, sell an authentic Longchamp Le Pliage large with a deep discount on the website.
The key to identifying an Authentic Longchamp Bag: The style number is on the leather flap on the side were described. If the back of the leather flap is empty, it is not an authentic Longchamp bag.
The large tote measures Pliage Le 13 “x 13″, and is 7 1 / 2 “deep. His band drops a pleasant 10 2.1 “long. You could translate it as a long-handled tote, but it’s really like a shoulder bag / Tote designed. The bags are made of waterproof PVC-coated nylon and caramel-colored strap and flap closure. There is a single zipper that runs the length of the bag, at a very nice gold-toned zipper icon Longchamp end. There are also gold-toned faux buttons on the single leather flap closure as well. You can close the bag completely zipped and snapped, or extracted with a leather closure panel into place. The bag folds flat for storage: You can fold the bag into thirds and drop them into a closed square of the original size, pack, store or want.
This model comes in an astonishing thirteen different shades of nylon, ranging from black sea blue to red to pink, and so on. The colors are jewel-like, bright, bold and lively. I have a black, which I cute is for more “formal” occasions, and a bright, cheerful red (I think the color is called “Gavance ‘) that I use every day, just because it’s so damn one color.
I personally love this Le Pliage large tote, becauseI carry a lot of things in my purse, including many prescription drugs, two wallets, cosmetics, one or two bottles of water from time to time, a book, magazine, etc. There is a ton can record footage, and yet it is easily , graceful and so pretty. I am so spoiled by the roominess of this bag that I doubt I’ll ever return to a smaller, less colorful bag.
But it is very spacious off that some interested parties. Many women do not like overly large bags / totes, and this certainly fits that description. Also, the inside of the bag – is clear, and there are only a very small pouch at the top, through the leather flap closure on the inside – nylon. If you have a separate compartment for keys, cell phone, Blackberry, etc. may have, you are not lucky with the Le Pliage large. It is so spacious that I often find myself digging through it at the most inopportune times tried ringing my phone or find my car keys. You can also have a hard time adapting to the gold-toned snap on the bag, the ones that are used when the bag is folded into thirds choose. It is permanent, can not be removed, is an open snap at first glance, it seems to serve no purpose and could very well take away from the bag’s overall appearance. The bag is large, the lack of pocket, snap permanently and white interiors are the disadvantages of this product.
