A Disney Princess Bedroom In A Couple Of Easy Steps
So your daughter would like a Disney Princess bedroom, well you can create this theme in a couple of easy steps as outlined below. You will have your little Princess happy with her new theme in no time at all.
Step One
Consider if the existing wall color will go with your new Princess theme and coordinating items. Gone are the days where everything has to be pink for a Princess theme. You could go with blues, greens, yellows and purples for the walls. Let your daughter pick her favorite color and then you could go to the paint store and pick out different shades of that color for variation.
Step Two
You may want to take a look at the many styles of Princess beds available as this could be the center piece of your theme. Depending on the age and size of your child will determine the size of Princess bed you get. You can find smaller sized toddler beds in a Princess theme or larger twin size Princess beds. You can also take a look at the Princess canopy beds which come in a toddler size and twin sizes.
Step Three
Choose a nice Princess bedding to go on your new or existing bed. You could choose to go with the favorite characters of the Princesses on them as you will find a great selection of Disney Princess toddler bedding online. You will also find these bedding sets in twin and full sizes. You may also choose to go with just a solid color of whites, pinks or yellows that have a nice lace border going around the toddler bedding set or twin bedding set.
Step Four
Finish your Princess bedroom with some nice curtains that have lace on the bottom or going down the sides. You will want these to match with the Princess bedding that you have picked out. For some finishing touches you can add a nice wall decal such as a castle that you can place above the bed or choose some of the Disney Princesses to create a focal point with some nice colorful flowers floating around.
