How far are Disney Parks from each other?
How far apart are MK, AK, MGM, Epcot, Downtown Disney from each other, are they right beside each other? And how far is Seaworld from Disney World.
The parks at Walt Disney World are are within several miles of each other. The farthest park away from Downtown Disney is Animal Kingdom. Internal park transportation is available and bus service from all hotels both onsite and from Downtown Disney hotels is available.
If staying in Downtown Disney – the bus can get crowded, so sometimes in peak times it is worth driving your car to the park you want to go to and pay the parking fee.
Monorail service is available to the parks from hotels around the lagoon including Poly, Contemporary and Grand Floridian. Monorail service is also available to Epcot from the Transportation and Ticket center.
Most hotels have shuttles to the TTC from the hotel.
Walking is not an option between parks due to the distance and the heat.
Seaworld is approx. 15 miles away up the highway.
To give a perspective on spacing, the entire Disney World property is larger in area than downtown San Francisco — hope that gives some perspective.
